When will my order be shipped?

Your order will normally be sent within 2 working days, but in all cases within 5 working days after the order has been placed and the payment is received.

I’d like to return my order, how do I do that?

Products can be returned within 14 days after receipt. Use our return form, sent with your order, to send back your product(s) or download the form here.

I have returned a product, when will I receive back my payment?

The amount paid for the returned product(s) will be refunded by NIHIL within 30 days after receiving the returned product(s). Returned products should not have been used or damaged and must be sent with original labels. See also our terms. We don’t reimburse shipping costs.
